About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Account Management who will lead and guide a team of Account Managers focused on delivering outstanding results for clients in the Pest Control vertical. Your team's success will be measured by client retention and revenue growth. As a people-first leader, you will foster team development, cross-functional collaboration, and customer obsession.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empower your team through coaching, real-time feedback, and development opportunities.
• Create a culture of trust, accountability, and excellence within your team.
• Develop initiatives that grow existing client relationships through renewals, upsells, and added value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive experiences for clients.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in account management or client service roles in a Digital Marketing Agency (or similar industry).
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
• 2+ years of experience in Pest Control or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn vertical-specific nuances.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
