The Director of Technology Strategy and Delivery is responsible for driving the strategy and delivery of our technology solutions, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of work experience required
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience delivering solutions, services, or IT-related projects
This role involves developing and maintaining knowledge of relevant systems and tools, as well as creating and managing department budgets and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a successful vendor management strategy that drives favorable outcomes
• Improve Professional Services offerings to add value to client partnerships
• Mentor and lead team members within your department
• Communicate platform/product changes and updates to end users and stakeholders
