Commercial Pool Service Technician

Capri Pools & Aquatics is a commercial aquatic construction and full-service swimming pool company seeking a hardworking, reliable and qualified service/maintenance technician with a strong work ethic to join our growing swimming pool service team.

Compensation/Benefits:
• Compensation is commensurate with experience ($20.00 - $25.00 per hour)

General description of the job:

Job will include general maintenance, cleaning, water chemistry, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, new equipment installation, opening and winterizing commercial swimming pools, winter pool cover installation, and some construction type duties.

Qualifications:
• Willingness to learn the industry of commercial pool service
• Knowledge of general pool maintenance & water chemistry
• Knowledge of swimming pool equipment a plus
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or willingness to acquire

Requirements:
• Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to be productive without supervision
• Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients on a daily basis
• Must comply with all company safety procedures, including safe work habits
• OSHA 10 certified (or willingness to acquire)
• Ability to safely use a variety of power tools and equipment
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Available to work overtime and occasional Saturdays during busy season
• Available to travel for short periods on an as needed basis
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Regular attendance is a must
