Parents of school-age kids, college students, retirees....this is an ideal part-time temporary position during tax season! We are looking for someone who is available during weekdays.
There is some flexibility with hours but we typically expect around 20-25 hours per week during tax season. Park Central Tax and Ciccarelli Advisory Services Inc. is seeking a Tax Office Assistant for our Rochester, NY location. This is a temporary, part-time, in-office position. The primary responsibilities are administrative in nature and include organizing, copying, and scanning of tax returns and supporting documents; also included will be making a phone calls. This position does not complete tax returns; previous administrative experience in tax preparation environment is a plus. Experience with MS Office Word and Excel highly desired, you shouls also possess excellent communication skills and have appropriate dress and demeanor.
