*Tasting House Manager, Argyle Winery*
As Oregon's original Sparkling Wine house, innovation and curiosity have been at the core of all we do since 1987. Those two traits are what inspired us to take a leap in 2015 and move from our quaint Spirit House, to what is now known as our Tasting House, and we haven't looked back. Today, our winery is located a few miles down the highway in Newberg, we manage four vineyards across the Willamette Valley and welcome guests for exceptional experiences as a must visit destination in the heart of Dundee.
*Our Benefits* - As a people first business, Argyle benefits package is on the leading edge and includes 401K, medical/dental/vision plans, PTO, community/employee engagement, paid holidays, wine incentive and more!
*Our Community* - At Argyle we believe in giving back and being accountable when it comes to social responsibility. That's why for 35 years, we have committed to our community through monetary and action based contributions from our Art of Sparkling and Ojo Brilloso programs to our engagement with the wine community at large. We look forward to sharing more!
*Argyle Equity and Inclusion Statement*- *Argyle for All*
_At Argyle, we welcome differences, seek diverse perspectives and stand for fairness. While there will always be more work to be done as we honor and uphold the values of equity and inclusion, we strive to do the right thing, not just for today, but for the long-term. We understand that our words matter, but that our actions matter more. We are an equal-opportunity employer because we believe in equality for all. From our own employees to our guests, customers, community and industry partners, we are committed to treating everyone with the dignity, respect and kindness that they deserve.
