Telemarketing/Tele Sales IT

Job Description

TeamKCI is an industry leader in maintenance services for high-technology computer and network equipment. We have over 42 years of experience serving Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies and SMBs out of our international headquarters in Hawthorne, NJ.

We are looking for experienced tele sales professionals to contact potential prospects who have visited our website and expressed an interest in products we maintain (we call that a warm lead). Your duties will be to make the initial contact, discuss the scope of our services, and set up a follow-up appointment with one of our subject matter experts by phone or with a collaborative app like Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Our aim is to turn warm leads into Hot Prospects. That’s it! Closing is not required; a professional telephone presence is.

We offer a guaranteed base salary of $25 per hour plus commissions that are paid for every warm lead that is turned into bona fide hot prospect. College students are welcome to apply.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity for promotion within our sales organization.

You need 1) a clear speaking voice, 2) the ability to sound convincing even with a script, 3) dedication to make 100+ calls a day and 4) good record keeping skills.
