Role: Java Developer
Location: DC Metropolitan Area (D.C. MD, VA)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document software applications;
Follow established software development standards and procedures;
Support business functions through the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications systems;
Participate in peer code reviews;
Collaborate with departments and users in the support of business applications;
Contribute software development expertise to ensure that specifications are met
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Washington, DC 20001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- JEE, EJB 3+, Hibernate 3+, JMS, JSF, JBoss 4+: 6 years (Preferred)
- Oracle 10g+; RDBMS concepts: 4 years (Preferred)
- Web application development: 4 years (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
