Summary
As a Private Client Advisor at Ala Moana, you will be the ultimate Brand Ambassador for Tiffany & Co., representing the brand in the community, on social media, and at local and regional events. You will focus on building and growing a network of High-Net-Worth clients, immersing them in the Tiffany experience, and reinforcing the brand image through their purchases and public use.
Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed commercial action plans and annual targets through expert consultative selling skills and participation in high-end sales events.
• Prospect and develop relationships with existing High Net Worth clients.
• Maintain knowledge of local jewelry market trends and pricing, leveraging this knowledge to close sales.
• Collaborate with Store and Market Leadership and cross-functional partners to create unique client experiences and brand differentiation moments.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in the luxury industry.
• Deep understanding and interest in the luxury lifestyle.
• Proven experience in closing High Jewelry sales.
• Strong diplomacy skills and experience building relationships with High Net Worth clients.
• Consistent impeccable self-presentation.
• Ability to translate luxury experience into strategic plans and brand image strategies.
• Ability to analyze market trends and work autonomously with independent judgment.
• Willingness to work non-traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
