Are you looking to grow your accounting career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Our client—a rapidly growing real estate investment and development firm—is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Staff Real Estate Accountant to join their high-energy accounting team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Oversee the full cycle of accounting for a portfolio of real estate properties
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Manage month-end close and generate financial reporting packages
• Analyze property-level cash flows and coordinate partnership distributions
• Ensure adherence to GAAP, internal policies, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to monitor budgets and expenses
• Assist in streamlining and automating accounting/reporting processes
• Support onboarding of newly acquired properties into accounting systems and workflows
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1+ years of accounting experience (real estate or property accounting preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Team player who enjoys collaboration and thrives in a positive, energetic office culture
