com/about/inclusion-and-diversity/What you'll do here:* The Nursing Subject Matter Expert is responsible for creating and supporting the development of educational content that helps students acquire the knowledge and skills they need to be successful. Working in partnership with instructional designers, content managers, and other colleagues, the person in this role will help their team deliver innovative, high-quality products and provide timely support to students and instructors Responsibilities* + Creates and reviews a broad range of educational content, including narrative and assessment items, video scripts, alt text, and learning objectives. + Ensures educational content meets all project requirements and quality standards.

+ Develops standards and guidelines that help external colleagues create and review educational content. + Efficiently resolves content-related customer support issues Skills you will need here:*.Required qualifications* + Master's degree (Master's of Science in Nursing) + At least one year of teaching experience + Clinical RN background in medical-surgical nursing + Experience creating student-facing educational content + Ability to produce written work within desired timeframes + Comfort taking direction and adapting written work based on feedback from colleagues + Detail-oriented, focused, and collaborative approach to work + Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and platforms.
