Machine Operator/Packaging

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Duties
• Operate and monitor CNC machines, milling machines, and stamping presses to produce high-quality parts.
• Set up and adjust machine controls according to specifications and production requirements.
• Fabricate components using press brake machines and ensure adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Experience
• Previous experience operating CNC machines, milling machines, or stamping presses is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and factory environments is beneficial.
• Knowledge of logic controllers and welding techniques is a plus.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
