Job Summary:

Our team is currently scouting for team players to contribute to the development and preservation of technical documents pivotal to our Test and Evaluation Programs. As part of this role, you will be tasked with generating manuals for maintenance, inspection, and testing in adherence to recognized industry and Supernal practices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write comprehensive instructions that are easy to follow, making sure that they are suited to the needs of a particular audience, and that they cover all the necessary steps.
• Join forces with the team to guarantee the ongoing documentation for system components and engineering artifacts.
• Use formatting techniques like headings, bullet points, and lists to break up large blocks of text and make it easier to skim and scan.
• Write and sustain comprehensive guides for equipment and software installation and configuration, detailing how-to procedures, prerequisites, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Scrutinize technical texts, graphics, illustrations, and protocols to author technical documents.
• Create, evaluate, revise, and manage technical papers, comprising evaluations, blueprints, and tests.
• This job involves regular travel, with up to 25% of your time spent flying domestically or internationally.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Candidates with a minimum of three (3) years of technical writing experience are encouraged to apply, especially if they have worked in the aerospace field.
• Test and Evaluation professionals carry out various testing processes, including development testing, operational testing, and evaluation testing.
• The capability to articulate intricate details in an understandable way via great writing and grammar abilities.
• Competence in producing documentation in multiple formats.
• Exemplary proficiency in communicating ideas and opinions through competent use of language, both written and spoken.
• Following up with customers after a sale or service can improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Exceptional organizational proficiency and keen eye for details.
• Excel expertise includes VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and the complete MS Office Suite.
