Requirements
• Masters degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Progressively responsible leadership experience in facilities development and management, preferably in the education sector
• Demonstrated knowledge of facilities development and maintenance management practices, as well as federal, state, and local construction, environmental, and occupational safety regulations
• Ability to formulate policy and procedures, oversee and coordinate the development of long-range capital outlay plans, and manage multiple construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair projects
