As a Used Car Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the Pre-owned vehicle department. This includes managing inventory, interacting with customers, and working with vendors to provide top-quality vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pre-owned vehicle inventory
• Assist lot porters in organizing used car inventory
• Manage online presence, including photos and accurate descriptions of vehicles
• Work with vendors to ensure high-quality vehicles for customers
• Organize, maintain, and file paperwork required for pre-owned vehicles
• Provide assistance to sales staff and customers with pre-owned related issues
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Warm personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a group or independently
• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Professional and welcoming demeanor
• Clean driving record
