In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the Consumer Tax product management process and ensuring the effectiveness of the Consumer Tax Product Team. You will have program management responsibility of large strategic initiatives to help drive the success of our Consumer Tax initiatives. You will bring together experience in business strategy and vision, process management, product management and people management to drive success. You will be part of a team that believes in working fast, being accountable, and learning from mistakes.

Day to day, you'll focus on...
- Guide and mentor a team of product leaders to develop strategies, metrics, and backlogs while setting a superior standard for quality and delivery of a customer centric product
- Work cross-functionally to drive improvement around the way we work leveraging the principles of Lean, Agile, and DevOps to minimize waste and maximize speed to value for our customers
- Codify, standardize, and evangelize product development best practices across teams
- Establish metrics and standards for measuring velocity and success of product initiatives
- Establish and evolve processes, working practices, and tools utilized by the Product Team
- Coordinate across key Director level resources on the most critical projects, objectives and milestones to ensure departmental success
- Enable an environment of curiosity, continuous improvement, urgency, and respect
- Collaborate and influence with technical, product, and design, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and plan for future needs
- Communicate product strategy, impact and risks to leadership and stakeholders
- You will report directly to the VP, Digital Tax Products and work closely with a team of Product Leaders.
What you'll bring to the team...
- Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience. MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
- 8+ years' experience across business strategy, program or product management disciplines
- Experience in defining and evolving product and agile processes across teams and stakeholders to maximize speed, quality, agility, and flexibility
- Experience in working in highly regulated environments and demonstrated experience in defining creative solutions in concert with risk and compliance stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellent leadership skills leading and influencing cross-functional teams
- A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition including drive towards data-led decision making and analytical mindset
- Deep understanding of process management and improvement
- An ability to manage time and schedules to meet deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
- Attentive and thoughtful people development and management expertise
- Comfort with Aha, Azure DevOps, and Figma a plus
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Product Management, or Program Management a plus
