Senior Financial Analyst | Manufacturing | Cicero, IL

I'm partnered with the CFO at a Publicly-Traded, Multi-Million Dollar, Leading Manufacturing Company. This client is experiencing immense growth right now, organically and through key strategic acquisitions. Due to this growth, they are now looking to find a Senior Financial Analyst near Cicero, IL.

• Developing forecasts, budgets and projections
• Perform variance analysis for actual results to budget and forecast
• Prepare monthly reporting package including P&L, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows and related variance analysis
• Build financial models to evaluate investments decisions (capital expenditures, business acquisitions, etc)
• Drive continuous process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities through automation and system enhancements
• Ad-hoc projects related to improving overall business profitability and/or cash flow
• Hands on development in Treasury related duties/functions

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Finance
• Treasury experience preferred
• Manufacturing Environment preferred
• Strong Excel Skills, and experience working in a relevant ERP system
