MICU/SICU Registered Nurse

MICU/SICU RN Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the MICU/SICU, including assessment, monitoring, and intervention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage complex medical equipment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes and ensure patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competency.

MICU/SICU RN Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Previous experience in critical care nursing, particularly in MICU/SICU settings.
