Finance Clerk

We have an IMMEDIATE need for an Accounting Associate. The Accounting Assistant should display strong technical skills and a high level of comfort and familiarity with Excel. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Work closely with accounting, budgeting and other departments to gather information needed to produce accurate financial statements according to monthly closing schedule. Process all customer payment transactions in a timely and efficient manner Issue company billing invoices, administer and reconcile credit card system, credit card collection processes Review and resolve unbilled orders, upload transactions to customer portals and serve as back-up to finance team Maintains records related to financial statements including journal entries, source documentation and the department's official copy of Financial Reports. Preferred Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with 1-2 years experience Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment If you are a dynamic and self-motivated Accounting Assistant ready to move forward with a successful and growing organization, this is the position for you.
