The coordinator will also be tasked with resolving complex problems with minimal guidance, ensuring that all operations align with the company's high standards. In this role, the coordinator will interface with various stakeholders to support the implementation of project timelines, manage costs, and ensure adherence to defined scopes of work. Responsibilities will include implementing regional cost control measures, conducting site audits and inspections, providing equipment training to stakeholders, managing a ticket system for maintenance requests, and overseeing vendor selection and management. The coordinator will be expected to perform all duties in accordance with key performance indicators and will work closely with the Operational Infrastructure Manager to achieve goals related to warehouse and office operations. The position also involves project management, where the coordinator will collaborate with operations center staff to ensure the successful delivery and setup of required equipment and materials. The role requires maintaining a list of preferred suppliers and contractors, processing necessary documents for vendor addition to the procurement system, and negotiating favorable rates and terms with the procurement team. Additionally, the coordinator will monitor the Tesla facilities ticket system, manage maintenance requests, and maintain schedules for equipment maintenance across all locations. Reporting responsibilities include providing timely updates and detailed reports on project progress, conducting periodic site inspections, and contributing to a positive working environment within a motivated team.
