Project Coordinator-Commercial Construction

Thomas Grace Construction is a nationwide General Contractor with a specialization in retail remodels, tenant buildouts and store fixturing installations. Due to continued and expected future growth, we are actively seeking to add Assistant Project Managers to our project team. Located in Stillwater, Minnesota, we partner with large, nationwide retailers and strive to develop long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of project estimates in response to requests for proposals from potential customers.


• Assist Project Mangers with project cost qualifications and buy out.


• Assist Project Managers with maintaining job information.


• Assist Project Management team with customer requests for bids.


• Assist Project Management team with project permitting requirements.


• Assist Project Managers with various project administration responsibilities.

• Assist with maintaining an efficient and effective office environment.

Requirements

• Due to our collaborative work environment, this is not a remote position. Employee must be available to work in the Stillwater corporate office during regular business hours and days of M-F from 8-5.


• High school degree or GED equivalent.


• Knowledge of Windows based construction accounting systems.


• Knowledge of construction industry accounting and bid solicitation practices.


• Personal computer skills word processing, spreadsheet, and data entry skills.


• Able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.


• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
