Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both test automation and manual testing, with extensive expertise using Playwright to validate applications. Additionally, you'll manage release activities, ensuring smooth and timely software launches.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop automated test frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to support CI/CD.
• Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.
• Collaborate with developers to review code, provide feedback, and ensure quality from the start.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the team to resolve them promptly.
• Analyze test results and provide insights to improve software quality.
• Mentor junior test engineers and foster a culture of quality within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design test plans and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in software testing.
