Data Insights Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team in Bremerton, WA. This critical role will provide essential data support and financial analysis to our Management, Asset Liability Committee, and Board of Directors, as well as individual business units.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. They will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining financial models, including balance sheet and income statement projections
• Analyzing and reporting on actual-to-budget performance metrics
• Collaborating with external vendors to evaluate interest rate risk exposure and strategies
• Managing large datasets for statistical analysis and identifying trends

As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a vital role in providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and strategic decision-making within our organization.
