Account Executive - Las Vegas, NV - Urgently Hiring!

Hara Brands is an industry leader in legal herb smoking products including the manufacturing of pre-rolled cones, glass, and accessories. Hara Brands delivers a host of business solutions for the premier brands in the legal herb industry. We are looking for a new Account Executive to help grow our business.

Position – Account Executive, Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Hit monthly revenue targets for new and existing clients
• Develop strong relationships with decision makers within accounts
• Track daily activities via CRM (cold calls, emails, meetings)
• Be highly motivated and able to work independently
• Maintain Hara Supply product knowledge and communicate this effectively and clearly to existing and potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals while overcoming objections
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment

Skills and Requirements:

• High-level attention to detail
• Three years of B to B selling experience
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Self-driven and organized
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with a changing workload in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
• Ability to initiate and follow through on work independently
• Professional demeanor, strong work ethic
• Eager to learn and enthusiastic
• Excellent verbal, written and negotiation skills
• Possess a positive, problem-solving attitude
• Some travel required

35k-60k (Salary plus commission based on experience*)
