About the Job:
Cheerwine Beverage Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Route Specialist to join our sales and delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of route sales experience, and a valid Class A/B CDL License. You will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Your responsibilities will include:
• Service customers assigned to route based on scheduled time-stopped ranking.
• Follow accounts receivable guidelines set by trade/customer when checking in orders.
• Ensure all deliveries are properly worked by stocking designated shelves and displays.
• Communicate with each account regarding new product offerings, sales events/promotions, and display opportunities.
• Audit and pull out-of-date or damaged products and rotate product to maintain freshest product level possible.
