The cleanliness of the facility relies on the night shift Gym Maintenance Worker, who has the crucial responsibility of maintaining an inviting atmosphere for the members.

The required actions and responsibilities that are central to the position and cannot be delegated:

• Give top priority to maintaining a clean and healthy environment in the gym, which includes regular cleaning and sanitization of locker rooms, restrooms, and equipment.
• Keep the locker rooms stocked with the required supplies and paper products at all times.
• It is advisable to inform the Club Manager if any equipment or amenities are broken or missing.
• If you stumble upon any lost articles in the Club, kindly follow the Club’s Lost and Found Policy by turning them over to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior experience in custodial duties is highly valued.
• It is imperative to be punctual and consistent.
• The third shift work is mandatory and cannot be avoided.
• Displaying sincerity and strong work principles on the job.
• Having the aptitude to solve problems without assistance is a crucial ability.
• When interacting with others, it is important to exhibit diplomacy by utilizing appropriate behavior and language.
• This job requires a high school diploma/GED equivalent as a minimum qualification.
• The eligibility criterion mandates that an applicant must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Demands:

• During a work shift, it is mandatory to be in a constant standing or walking position.
• Uninterrupted reaching with hands, arms, and fingers during work hours.
• Occasional physical exertion may be necessary, including tasks such as climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
• The applicant must be able to bear considerable weight, which could be more than 80 pounds intermittently.
• It is not uncommon to face exposure to harmful chemicals.
