We are looking for a talented and driven Sr. Designer / Art Director to create dynamic and imaginative content for a growing base of digital, social marketing and print collateral work for our Fortune 500 clients.

Our Team

This full-time creative role is a hybrid / onsite position in either our Somerville NJ or St. Petersburg offices.

You will be responsible for and evaluated by the quality of your personal efforts and as part of our multi-disciplinary team.

This is a hands-on role, perfect if you are driven by good design and customer experience, self-motivated, and desire to be part of a growing team.
Responsibilities
• Mastery of current design tools and applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office etc.)
• Experience with Workfront is required
• Subject matter expertise in print and digital marketing, with an understanding of user-centered design, including IA/UI/usability principles
• Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, and the ability to translate complex stories into visually compelling designs
Requirements
• A minimum of five to seven years' Sr. Designer/AD experience at an agency, design boutique, or media company, experience with healthcare marketing is a plus
• Video/photo direction and editing or animation a plus
