Mechanical Engineer – This position is located in Green Bay, WI, and must be available to work on-site.
EMT International, a leading provider of digital finishing solutions, is seeking an innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical components and systems. This role involves working cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure robust and efficient mechanical solutions.
Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using Inventor and SolidWorks.
• Perform engineering calculations, stress analyses, and tolerance stack-ups to ensure component reliability and manufacturability.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and cost efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues in production and field applications, recommending solutions and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including BOMs, technical specifications, and test reports.
Mechanical Engineer Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (Inventor preferred).
• Familiarity with GD&T, FEA, and engineering analysis tools.
• Experience with Epicor ERP systems is preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
