Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Assist AI and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into platform solutions, particularly in support of ServiceNow’s evolving AI capabilities.
• This position is not limited to traditional HRSD functionality. The focus is on broader platform-level automation, AI-driven workflows, and collaboration with ServiceNow developers to support enterprise transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow Agile 2.0
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers to design and implement solutions
• Participate in and contribute to AI-focused initiatives including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence
• Translate business requirements into stories, process flows, and solution specifications
• Conduct stakeholder demos, workshops, and sprint reviews
• Assist in UAT planning, test case development, and defect tracking
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices and governance models
• Adapt to changing priorities such as potential de-emphasis on HRSD and broader platform support
Required Qualifications:
• 5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including on ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, platform architecture, and data model
• Experience with Now Assist AI, Virtual Agent, or other AI modules within ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Catalog Items, and basic platform configuration
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• SPM – Strategic Portfolio Management (formerly ITBM)
• ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0
• ServiceNow Workflow
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) certification
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) or manual test case creation
• Background in federal environments or understanding of OPM frameworks
• Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, App Engine, CSM)
