As a Business Intelligence Developer at THINK Together, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You will work closely with our Technology teams and other key stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategies.
• *Responsibilities and Requirements**
• Translate complex data analysis into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and strategic decision-making.
• Built analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency, and other critical business performance metrics.
• Enforces Master Data Management and Data Governance policies to ensure data quality, compliance, and ethical usage.
• Ensures comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all data management practices, including data governance, policies, procedures, and workflows, to maintain consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and 3-5 years of experience with data visualization tools and progressive experience in business intelligence data analysis/reporting.
