• *About the Role**
We are seeking a seasoned Director or Vice President of Human Resources to join our team at Kondex Corp. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading our HR function and developing strategies that drive business success.
• *Responsibilities**
• Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.
• Manage the HR department, including people, processes, systems, payroll, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR practices and processes that support engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
• *Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline.
• Ten years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment and retention, organizational development, compensation and benefits, performance management, associate relations, and compliance.
• Experience supervising HR team members.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
