As a Scheduling Coordinator at North Olmsted Periodontics and Dental Implants, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, inviting personality.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet patients and visitors with a smile and provide concierge-level customer service over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication.
• Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
• Prepare daily schedules for each provider and maintain accurate patient charts.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
