Join a culture where YOUR FUTURE IS OUR PRIORITY!Responsibilities:Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing propertyDetermine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions to suit themAssist buyers in finding the right property for their needsAssist sellers in marketing their property, listing, and advertisingConsult clients on the buying process, market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related mattersResearch local market for value and comparable pricingAdvise owners on tax deductions and expensesShow properties to potential buyersPrepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements and other necessary paperwork)Maintain and update listings of available propertiesCooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectorsDevelop networks and maintain positive relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractorsPromote sales through advertisements, Coordinate open houses, and listings for propertiesRemain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practicesNetwork and build connections; continue education and trainingRequirementsMeet state required licensing/certification for real estate.
