Job Title: BUSINESS ANALYST III
Job Location: OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL
Job Duration: 12 Months +Ext
Job Description:
Provide business function support in various power delivery settings in addition, develop processes to satisfy the needs and requirements of a diverse financial group that utilize a variety of O&M, Capital and/or balance sheet and clearing accounts.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree or an in Finance or Accounting and 5 years experience financial analysis, accounting operations, or operational analysis.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial and accounting principles as they apply to budget development and business planning.
Interface and serve as primary liaison between the business unit and Corporate Financial Department, to ensure that reporting requirements, special requests, timelines and variance analysis requests are satisfied.
Position Requirements:
A Project Management Analyst's primary responsibilities include analyzing, reviewing and documenting the requirements of a project throughout its lifecycle. He or she helps the entire Project Management team complete the Project within its planned scope, schedule and budget, while serving as a liaison for the Project's technical, functional and non-functional teams. Some of the activities include:
Create and process Contract Payment Authorizations (CPAs) and Invoice Checklists, Contract Requisitions (CREQs), Contract Change Requests (CCRs)
Create and monitor Work Orders and Work Order Tasks (WO/WOT)
Create and monitor Material Requests and Job Site Delivery (MRs)
Create Service Requests (SRs)
Assist with Monthly Reporting in regards to Project/Program Progress
Create and maintain Work Folders/OneDrive
Support Project Closeout by clearing FIN005 Reports and assisting with Asset Map Rows (AMRs)
