The Company:

Social Vocational Services (SVS) has been serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout California since 1977.

The Position:

We are looking for a Program Director at at our Madera program office.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a licensed day program
• Interface with care providers/family/regulatory authorities/Regional Center/schools
• Act as a program advocate to market the client services to individuals, counselors, families and the community-at-large

Minimum Job Qualifications:
• Solid background working in a day program setting
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Solid staff supervisory experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must obtain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance
• Must pass post-job offer job-related physical exam including TB test and drug screen
• Bilingual in Spanish beneficial
