We are a growing new construction and remodeling design/build firm based in Cedar Park, CT. We’re high-end, professional and we have fun. We like working with “A” players because they’re smart, do quality work, and don’t have to be micromanaged. We are seeking a Construction Project Supervisor who is tech-savvy, organized, and has some residential contracting experience or knowledge.
What you will do in this role:
- Production Management: Oversee active projects, perform daily site check-ins, and complete daily field reports.
- Customer Satisfaction: Update clients daily and confirm expectations are met.
- Scheduling: Update & rebalance project schedules daily.
- Materials: Complete material take-offs, manage all orders, and item check-in.
- Troubleshooting: Handle change orders, punch list, and project bottlenecks.
What you will bring with you:
- Unquestionable attention to detail and the ability to step back and see the big picture.
- Strong technical and app ability. You are more comfortable with an iPad or tablet than paper/pencil.
- Previous experience in contracting, construction, trades, or other relevant roles.
- An upbeat, positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Planning and organizational skills. You know how to forecast a timeline and organize a calendar.
- Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and plans; review, edit and ask the right questions.
- A desire to learn, grow and improve every day.
- Clean driving record.
Full-time employee position. On the road 60-80% of time visiting job sites local to Cedar Park, TX.
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $45,725.00 - $54,976.00 per year
