Must reside within *100* miles of our Spartanburg, SC location.Our hours of operation are Monday through Sunday 8:00am-11:30pmCore Responsibilities:+ Handle inbound service calls and provide accurate account and product information+ Resolving with payment disputes and discussing transactions on customer accounts+ Document cases of locked an/or restricted accounts+ Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service+ Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications+ Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to search for answers and information+ Read client legal disclosures verbatimRequired qualifications, skills and experienceThis is the right job for you if you are:+ Good at overcoming objections+ Natural ability to show resilience during stressful situations+ Detail oriented and mathematically inclined+ Basic accounting skills (credit/debit)+ Basic computer navigation skills+ You work well with a team or independentlyQualifications:+ Must have availability during our hours of operation (8:00am-11:30pm 7 days a week)+ You are 18+ years of age+ You have a high school diploma or GED+ You can pass a criminal background checkEquipment & Internet Requirements:+ Equipment provided (desktop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset & cords)+ Candidate must have hard-wired home internet connection from router to the equipment+ Internet speed must be 5.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speedDesired qualifications, skills and experienceNice to have (but not required):+ Customer service background+ Experience with financial services, healthcare, technology companies, or something similarAbout SYKESSYKES is now a part of Sitel Group®!
