Position Summary :
We are seeking a Release Manager (Delivery) to assist the Delivery Team in coordinating and executing Standard and Emergency Changes into Partner and Client Environments.
The Release Manager will work with cross-functional teams to prepare for, execute on, and close out Changes. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, process, leadership, and communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The Release Manager will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to ensure the teams successfully deploy Product Changes into Partner & Client Environments.
The successful Release Manager will be responsible for :
Preparing Changes in preparation for CAB Review :
o Review Service Requests for accuracy
o Create Change Tickets based upon Service Requests
o Coordinate resources required to Implement Changes
o Route Change tickets during Pre-Change Evidence collection
o Examine Pre-Change Evidence for completeness and accuracy
o Retain Pre-Change Evidence for Audit purposes
Coordinating Change discussions during CAB Meetings
Processing Changes throughout the Deployment process :
o Schedule Change Meetings
o Facilitate Change Executions
o Collect and Analyze Post-Change Evidence
o Retain Post-Change Evidence for Audit Purposes
Representing the Change Management Team during Internal and External Audits
Education (minimum requirements)
Associates Degree with a focus on Technology and / or Business Administration
Experience
2+ years Fintech banking experience (loan servicing, deposit operations, card processing, and / or interface development)
2+ years Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API based product experience
Technical Skills (required)
Atlassian Suite (i.e., Jira, Confluence)
ITSM (i.e., Freshservice)
MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
Competencies
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent at following directions & processes
Understanding of Finxact products (Core and Console)
Previous experience in a Coordination role
Location / Travel
Remote (telecommute) position within the contiguous United States.
Travel up to 10%.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work may vary but generally Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.
m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.
