Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant
Job type- 12 months Contract

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the business needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), and other ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
• Consultation and Analysis:
• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and IT service management needs.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Solution Design and Implementation:
• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with client goals and industry best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Develop and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts to enhance the functionality of ServiceNow.
• Project Management:
• Manage ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Integration and Development:
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other integration tools.
• Develop custom applications and enhancements using ServiceNow Studio, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and perform as expected.
• Identify and resolve any defects or issues that arise during testing.
• Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
• Participate in ServiceNow community forums and contribute to the knowledge base.
Qualifications
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and customizations.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and practices.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
