Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Industrial Sales Manager, located in Beltsville, MD, with some work from home acceptable. The Industrial Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, maintaining and building client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will focus on promoting ATR's material handling automation products and services, overseeing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include collaborating with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
• 5+ Years' Sales and Sales Management skills
• Customer Service experience and Business Development capabilities
• Knowledge and experience in Material Handling Automation
• Demonstrated Material Handling Automation Pipeline
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Previous experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
