We are looking for a Software Developer that will be engaged in all phases of the software development lifecycle. They will participate in design meetings and consult with end users to refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs and to provide support of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and implement new software programs
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and team members
Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges
Adjust to changes in priority without loss of efficiency or composure
Must work well in a team environment
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5 years of experience as a software developer or similar role
US Citizenship required due to government contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in object oriented development
Experience with at least one of these languages: Object Pascal, C#
Experience with at least one of these IDEs: Delphi RAD Studio (Embarcadero),Visual Studio
Database application development
Delphi development
Visual Studio Development
