We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express North Brunswick, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our guest rooms.
Your day-to-day duties will include loading housekeeping carts with necessary supplies, turning off electricity, stripping beds, and dropping dirty linens to the laundry. You will also be responsible for cleaning the cart, ensuring all bottles are correctly labeled, and working in a fast-paced environment to ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned within 25 minutes.
As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will obtain the executive housekeeper's signature on your work assignment sheet, vacuum and sweep carpets and floors, dust and clean room decorations, appliances, and structural surfaces. You will also clean showers, tubs, sinks, and bathroom items, remove used guest amenities and supplies, inspect rooms for safety hazards, check for damaged linens, and report lost and found articles, maintenance problems, or special room problems to a supervisor.
