This employee-owned company is looking for Senior Civil Engineer I/II who is well versed in all phases of land development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Can understand and design the layout of rough and precise grading and erosion control plans; public, offsite, and street improvements; underground utilities including water and sewer
• Prepare technical reports including hydrology and hydraulics, earthworks, sewer capacity, water demand, etc.
• Involved in the preliminary, DD, and CD phase; completing due diligence, feasibility studies, and entitlements; provide construction support through site visits, project coordination, and responding to RFIs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have a combination of a bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university. \
• Minimum years of experience can range from 5 to 7 years depending on previous land development design experience.
• Minimum two years independently solving complex engineering problems within land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD and/or Civil 3D software required.
