Title: Java Developer (Back-end)
Great opportunity to be involved with
Direct Hire Position; unable to sponsor
Duties/Responsibilities: Will work in a team environment and be responsible for design, enhancements, coding, testing, implementation, documentation and support for new and existing corporate applications.
Required Skills:
-3+ years Java back-end development (Java/Spring/Node.js)
-Solid knowledge of Web Services and SOA like REST/OAuth/JSON
-1+ years microservices design/architecture
-Solid database development with either SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
-Experience with Java IDE tools such as Eclipse, Netbeans
-Experience with Git and/or Jenkins
-Experience with application services such as JBOSS, WebSphere, Wildfly
-Agile methodology experience
-Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to participate in rotating on-call
Preferred Skills
-Azure or AWS experience
-Linux
Education:
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
