Job Description:


The Market Engagement Manager, will be responsible for building positive relationships within the community to achieve Heal’s growth and transformation. This position will identify opportunities to drive engagement though hosting events and educating potential partners on Heal’s value.


Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Drive Heal patient growth in defined market by executing effective growth strategies around senior living and community engagement opportunities

  • Build local partnerships and host onsite events to educate partners on the value of Heal

  • Directly engage with communities to capture leads and help facilitate scheduling appointments for those in need of primary care

  • Engage and build relationships with Heal market teammates to support growth processes

  • Provide Regional leadership input on effective marketing strategies in your market

  • Independently manage all administrative functions of the role including recording mileage, expense reports, ordering supplies, etc.

  • Foster a culture of engagement within the team around Heal’s values

  • Comply with a federal and state healthcare fraud and abuse laws 

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Travel Requirements




  • This role will be expected to be in the field 75% of the time supporting growth activities




Required Skills/Abilities: 



  • Passion for patient service

  • Problem solving, analytical and strategic skills 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Customer-oriented approach

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; OR equivalent experience

  • 3 years of experience in health care customer service, sales, or a related position
