A Burn Boot Camp Trainer is responsible for upholding brand standards and providing an unmatched workout for our clients, while fostering community and helping our clients achieve their goals. They are also responsible for growing the membership base and utilizing additional revenue streams and system wide challenges to diversify revenue. This position requires a strong ability to provide personal training while in a group setting, motivating and sustaining members during their workout, and providing a positive community for change. The Trainer focuses on living a healthy lifestyle, which includes mindset, nutrition, HIIT style training, in an effort to create an environment of support to exceed our members expectations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train 5-20 camps per week, adhering to the Protocol provided by HQ.
- Conduct Focus Meetings with members to establish and achieve fitness goals, while measuring progress to goals and providing the strategies to maximize their potential
- Participate in weekly touchpoints with the training staff to align on announcements, current initiatives, and provide any feedback you’ve been given from members
- Assist the team in executing social media posts according to the Burn standard
- Responsible for working as a team to close 60% of all trials and work closely with Client Experience Manager to maximize the client experience.
- Return equipment and organize the gym at the end of camps to keep the gym orderly, and inviting
- Promptly report facility needs to the Head Trainer, i.e. damaged equipment, holes in walls, etc.
- Ensure member safety by training form and assisting in exercises as needed, while modifying specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
- Work with the training team to execute Kidz Camps when provided
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid and accepted Certified Personal Trainers Certificate or a degree in a related field
- Valid CPR and AED certification
- Ability to pass the Strength and Conditioning test (SAC)
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized while effectively communicating in a positive and motivating manner.
- Have a high level of understanding and presence in social media
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels and knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Embodies a hustle and grind focus to achieve goals and growth, personally and professionally.

Pay: From $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
