About the Job
Takeda Pharmaceutical is seeking a talented Regulatory Affairs Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with local, global, and regulatory standards are maintained.
• Lead a team of analysts in ensuring smooth laboratory operations.
• Take ownership of area sampling, testing, and all laboratory processes.
• Manage departmental needs, ensuring that all testing and data are released within the required time frames.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related experience in pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Effective Communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration.
• Interpersonal Effectiveness.
• Digital Proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
Takeda offers a competitive salary range of $70,000.00 - $110,000.00, plus an 8% shift differential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
