Senior Care Community Manager

Legacy Village of Castle Pines, a senior living community in Colorado, is seeking a full-time Senior Care Community Manager to oversee the implementation and delivery of resident services. This healthcare management position earns a competitive salary of $65,000/year and offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (PTO), and vacation.

This role involves managing a team of direct care staff, implementing policies and procedures, and supporting growth goals for the community. The Senior Care Community Manager will also review resident service plans for accuracy, connect personally with residents and their families, provide timely responses to questions or concerns, and participate in resident assessments.
