Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

The Client Relationship Manager bears the responsibility of amping up the commercial sales in their AutoZone store. By expertly supervising the acquisition and delivery of merchandise, maintaining cordial relationships with clients, dispelling queries and doubts, and staying up-to-date with the parts inventory and product knowledge-the CSM ensures smooth customer service. Responsibilities:

• Attain growth and surpass sales benchmarks by skillfully maintaining and advancing commercial sales. Establish novel leads by engaging with prospective buyers directly and over the phone
• Act as the focal point for commercial customer interaction, ensuring open communication channels between AutoZone and clients
• Proper documentation is essential for each delivery, and it is the responsibility of the Manager to ensure that all required documentation is accurately produced and maintained
• Conduct thorough research to ensure your clients receive the most suitable parts for their requirements at an affordable price
• Manage commercial account documentation and billing; resolves returns and reconciles expenses
• Verify that commercial accounts receive the promised service and deliveries during visits. Foster a cohesive 'one-team' environment at AutoZone by supporting customers and AutoZoners in multiple business aspects
• Collaborate with the SM or DM to educate and groom drivers, commercial specialists, and other AutoZoners
• Ensures that the working environment remains safe at all times while simultaneously monitoring the adherence of AutoZoners to safety measures such as the use of personal protective gear
• Abides by proper accident and claim procedures. Complies with safe driving regulations and enforces approved driver status for all Commercial Zoners
• Takes proactive measures to maintain the vehicle(s) and informs the relevant personnel about the maintenance issues.

Requirements:

• Obtaining a certificate of completion from high school or a similar recognized credential is essential for many job opportunities and higher education
• A Basic Grasp of Auto Elements is Necessary
• The skilled leader demonstrates outstanding communicative proficiency, formidable judgement making competence, and exceptional sales acumen
• Aptitude to raise, carry, and distribute commodities
• Capability to work flexible hours, including on weekends, holidays, and evenings in response to the requirements of the business
