Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Establish pricing strategies to maximize long-term market share and profitability.
• Direct the implementation of sales policies and practices, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Conduct and oversee market research, adjusting strategies to address industry and competitive trends.
• Lead the introduction of new products, including financial justification and market development initiatives.
• Monitor and respond to competitor activities, adjusting sales and marketing approaches accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, strategic partners, and key clients.
The Vice President of Sales and Technical Services will be responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating the sales team to ensure optimal performance and development. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, or related field, with a Master's degree highly preferred.
