QualificationsHigh school or equivalent (Preferred)Project management : 1 year (Preferred)2 years of customer service / or Sales experienceKnowledge of the legal cannabis industry, specific to dispensary operations and productsAbility to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintainedComputer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Google SuiteYou’re a proactive self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work both independently as well as take direction wellGood written and oral communication skills comfortable being in a role where communication is an important and regular part of daily responsibilities within and outside the organizationWhat You'll DoProcess and delegate deliverables and tasks.

Create easily digestible, organized project plans and trackers, then keep them updated on a rolling basis.Deliver all work on time or work with clients and internal team members to negotiate new deadlines.

Source client inputs, feedback, and approvals on deliverables.QA all deliverables to ensure adherence to client objectives and inputs.

Understand our goals for each of your projects and ensure their achievement.Build trust and buy-in from client contacts while inspiring and leading internal teams to do their bestwork and drive results.
